Our return/exchange policy lasts 7 days and is valid for wrong size, damaged, defective or misprinted items. If and/or 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and/or unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale items can only be returned for refund by credit note if you do not wish to exchange.
To process your return, we require proof of purchase. Please contact us via email if you have any issues processing your return.
We know things happen and we understand. If you'd like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 3 hours via email to process your request. If 3 hours have passed, we cannot guarantee your request.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in a separate email. If the request is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
Exchanges (if applicable)
You have 14 days from date of delivery to request an exchange. We require a picture proof of the defect, damage or misprint as well as the email . If you wish to process an exchange for the same item or would like a full refund, please drop us an email. Exchanges are processed as soon as they are received and you will be notified via email on the status.
Wrong Size Ordered/Change Mind (if applicable)
If you have ordered the wrong item, you have five (5) business days from date of delivery to initiate a return excluding shipping. Item must be unused and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.
