Who is Little by Little (LBL)?

Little by Little is a premium active-wear brand based in the United Kingdom, but serves and supports customers globally. All of our products are designed with high quality materials providing a soft and comfortable fit that moves when you do always. Our aim is to provide you with motivation and be with you every step of the way as you smash your goals inside and outside of the gym.

Is it safe to purchase items directly from your website?

Yes, it is safe to purchase directly from LBL’s website. All of our sales are encrypted. We don’t sell or share your information with any creepy people. Well, anyone for that matter! We’ve taken all the necessary measures to ensure your information is safe and secure.

Do you ship worldwide? How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We wouldn’t want it any other way! We ship our products via UK Royal Mail and DPD.

Due to Coronavirus we are experiencing delayed shipping times. Please expect your item to arrive within 7-14 days ( may vary for international orders) of you placing your order. We will keep updated through the whole process via SMS.

 

Customs & Duties

We do our best to bring you activewear with no extra charges.  However, any international orders (Outside the UK) may be subject to customs charges. Different countries have different thresholds (based on the order value) that will be subject to these charges.

If you to refuse to pay the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to LBL (Little by Little), a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund, as this aspect of the order was fulfilled. If you would like us to send the order again we may ask for payment of the delivery fees.

 

My order has not arrived! Help!

First of all, sorry to hear that. Secondly, please check your delivery notification email for your tracking information to check the status of your delivery. You can also check the status of your order through your LBL account, which we recommend that you set up during your purchase. If all else fails, feel free to send us an email, hello@littleby-little.com.

Oh no! I made a mistake while purchasing! How can I cancel my order?

To make sure you receive your order as fast as possible, we process purchases as soon as we receive them. Email us at hello@littleby-little.comwithin three hours of making your purchase and we will try our best to sort it out. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee any specific outcomes.

What are your return and exchange policies?

At Little by Little we stand by the quality of our products. We wouldn’t sell anything that we wouldn’t wear ourselves.

In the unusual event that your purchase arrives damaged or defective, you have 7 days from the item’s arrival to start a return or exchange request - see link at the end of this paragraph. Outside of the 7 days policy, there is not much we can do, but email us (hello@littleby-little.com) and we will try our best to help. We want you to like us as much as we like you!

We will need the product(s) to be returned in original, unused, saleable condition with all the usual bells and whistles (i.e. proof of purchase, tags attached, etc).

After you’ve sent us a request via the link provided at the end of this paragraph, we will send two emails, one to say that we received your item. The second email will notify you if the return was approved for a refund or an exchange once we inspect your item(s). If you were approved for a refund, you will receive your funds back to your original payment method in seven to ten business days from your approval notification.

Please note that we can only return undergarments within 7 days if they are defective, otherwise it would be most unpleasant.

We get it. Sometimes you purchase something that doesn’t vibe with you or you ordered the wrong size. If this is the case, you have five days from when your parcel arrives to request a refund or an exchange. We will need the product(s) to be returned in original, unused, saleable condition with proof of purchase, tags attached, etc. If this is the case, we ask that you pay for return shipping.

To start any return or exchange request, have your order number handy and then email us.

Sale items

  •  Sale items can only be returned for refund by credit note if you do not wish to exchange.

How do I care for my new garment?

As we make everything with your active lifestyle in mind, all of our garments are machine washable. The care labels in your garments will give you specific suggestions to follow.
